SOUND SULTAN QUITS KENNIS MUSIC
There are indications that multi-talented musician, Olanrewaju Fasasi a.k.a. Sound Sultan, is set to quit Kennis Music.
A very reliable source, who craved anonymity, disclosed that the Jagbajantis crooner is not considering a new contract with the company.
According to the source, “although Sound Sultan recorded over 20 songs, he has only selected a few for his new album.”
Entertainment Cafe's finding revealed that the artiste is currently planning to release his third album, which is the second on Kennis Music label.
Dubbed 007, Entertainment Cafe learnt that the album is conceptualised to indicate 07-07-07 (7 July, 2007), the day it will be released.
Meanwhile, the forthcoming album officially completes his contract with the record label, while The Textbook, a 19-tracker, released two years ago, was his first album with the company.
Entertainment Cafe also gathered that apart from quitting Kennis Music, Sound Sultan is currently busy rehearsing for both the album launch and a 'celebrity dance' competition later in the year.
