‎Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed that he is now free to perform both locally and internationally.

‎The singer who was recently in a battle with the government, took to his Instagram page to announce that he has successfully resolved all outstanding Issues with the Nigerian government and relevant law enforcement agencies.

‎Appreciating his fans, he thanked them for their patience, love, and unwavering support during his period of trouble.

‎Portable wrote on Instagram:

‎This is to officially announce that I have successfully resolved all outstanding issues with the Nigerian government and relevant law enforcement agencies.

‎Refreshing your memory, The Nigerian Voice reported in February that Portable was declared wanted by the Ogun State Police Command over allegations of leading a violent attack on officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.

‎Not long after, the singer willingly surrendered himself at the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Yaba, from where he was transported to the Ogun State Police Headquarters.

‎The singer was later arraigned to court, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges against him, Magistrate O.L Oke of an Ogun State Magistrate Court sitting in Isabo, Abeokuta, granted the singer bail in the sum of N2 million and a surety in like sum.
