Controversial Nigerian singer, Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, has recounted his arrest in Owerri.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that human rights lawyer, Deji Adeyanju announced via his Facebook page in December that "Our client Speed Darlington, a.k.a AKPI has been arrested by the Nigeria police in Owerri at his show upon return to Nigeria."

Taking to his Instagram page, Speed Darlington shared a video of him using a measuring tape on a lady's backside.

According to him, after he measured the lady's backside right there in Owerri; 30 minutes later, he came outside to go back to the hotel because he had already fulfilled his obligation to the host.

He further recounted how the police ruffled him, and he initially thought they were escorts, until he realized that he was under arrest, and stayed in prison for two months.

Speed Darlington captioned the video:
"After I measured this booty right there in Owerri, 30 minutes later I came outside to go back to hotel because my obligation to the host has been fulfilled that's when two squads of police rushed me and ruffle me up. The whole time I thought my host is trying to make me special by giving me escort to my hotel from the venue since he was unable to provide it from hotel to the venue.. it took like 12 seconds or more before I could realize that I'm on under arrest just like that I was gone for two months. Omo if you see her tell her she carry bad luck."
