Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, has reiterated her support for Annie Idibia, following 2baba''s divorce announcement .

Recall that social media was in disarray in the late hours of yesterday following legendary singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2baba''s announcement of his divorce from his wife, Annie Idibia.

Toke Makinwa, who has been making series of posts since 2baba''s divorce announcement, has now made another post slamming 2baba for making his divorce announcement public.

According to her, nobody is asking you to stay in a situation that's not serving them any purpose anymore. She questioned why the singer had to bring his divorce to the public at this very moment.

Furthermore, she revealed that she is aware of what is going on behind closed doors, which is not known to the public. She, however, stressed that the truth would soon be revealed at the right time.

Taking to her Instastory some minutes ago, Toke Makinwa wrote:

"Nobody is asking anybody to stay in a situation that's not serving them any purpose anymore, by all means leave if you must but why bring this online this very moment?

We know what is going on behind closed doors, The world doesn't know anything, it's already been hectic with opinions flying around and when I say we will fight for her I'm not talking about the general public, A hand full of people know the truth and time will tell. Timing is everything, empathy is everything, You constantly preach love, you cannot add to the narrative that's out there when you know what is really happening behind closed doors."
