Popular Nigerian singer, Temilade Opening, best known as Tems, has opened up on the beginning of her career.

Speaking in an interview with Glamour Magazine Germany, Tems stated that she was naive at the beginning of her career in the music industry, and it took her a long time for her to find her feet.

Tems said:
"I don’t want to lie. I was very naive at the beginning of my career – I just wanted to make good art. I had to learn how to navigate the music business in a healthy way."
