Singer Bloody Civilian Sued N200bn For Allegedly Defaming Pastor Helen Ukpabio

The Founder of Liberty Gospel Church, Helen Ukpabio, has slammed a Nigerian singer with N200bn for alleged defamation.

Nigerian singer, Bloody Civilian reacted to a post celebrating the Nigerian pastor at 60. She described Helen as a woman who made people burn their children alive. The singer further shared the link to a YouTube documentary speaking about how the actions of the pastor was condemned.

Reacting to the development, the daughter of pastor Helen, Imabong, gave the singer an ultimatum of 5 hours to delete the post or be ready for legsl actions.

Not long after, Helen Ukpabio slammed Bloody Civilian with N200bn in damages for allegedly defaming and tarnishing her image. She also requested a public apology from the singer.
