Stop Chasing Number 1 Song, Everything Can Be Controlled: Kizz Daniel Advises Fellow Artistes
Nigerian hitmaker, Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel, has admonished his colleagues against chasing the number one spot on music streaming platforms.
The "Double" crooner has been on an interactive session with his fans via his X handle for some days now, and has been dropping different takes on issues concerning music.
This time, he advised his colleagues to desist from chasing the top spot on streaming platforms, but instead focus on their crafts.
He wrote on X:
“Leave social media algorithms, focus on your craft. Have you ever heard of a guy called Killer Mike, guess not … 4 times Grammy winner.
“Stop chasing number 1 song , it’s meh now = everything can be controlled…. Most of those songs numbers no dey correlate on other platforms… check."
