Tems Reveals She Used To Imitate Lil Wayne While Growing Up
Popular Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi, best known as Tems, has revealed how she used to imitate American rapper, Lil Wayne while growing up.
The Grammy Award winning singer made this known on ‘The Cruz Show’ on Real 92.3 FM, she recounted how the American rapper was her role model, and she even went as far as imitating him.
She further revealed that she looks forward to seeing the rapper soon, as she has never met him before.
She said:
“Hip-hop is my thing. I used to pretend to be a rapper. I love Lil Wayne as well. I used to pretend to be Lil Wayne when I was younger,”
“I’ve not met Wayne. I want to meet him so bad. Very soon I know I’m going to meet him.”
