Portable Advises Bobrisky Against Suicidal Thoughts

By Oluwarantimi Oludase

Controversial Nigerian street singer Habeeb Okikiola, best known as Portable, has advised cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, against considering suicide in light of the alleged 15 million Naira saga with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The Nigerian Voice recalls that controversial activist VeryDarkMan released a leaked audio of Bobrisky revealing that he paid the sum of 15 million Naira to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for the money laundering charge to be dropped. The leaked audio also suggested that Falz and his father, Femi Falana, collected the sum of 10 million Naira to help Bobrisky get a presidential pardon.

It also suggested that Bobrisky did not spend his four months prison term in prison, but in an apartment close to the prison, through the influence of his godfather and the controller general of prison in Abuja.

Bobrisky, however, described the leaked audio as false and denied every allegation suggested in the audio.

The cross-dresser also disclosed that he was considering committing suicide due to the allegations leveled against him.

Reacting to Bobrisky's suicidal thoughts, Portable advised him to deaden the thought of suicide, as it is a sin to God.

Portable stated that God is merciful enough to have mercy on Bobrisky's sin, and instead of committing suicide, he should just ask God to forgive him and repent.

He said on Instagram;
"Bobrisky, life is risky. God doesn’t want sinners to die. Tell him to repent. If you die as a sinner, you are going to hell. Beg God to forgive you.

“Help me tell Bobrisky to ask God for forgiveness. All he needs is to ask God for forgiveness of sin. What Bobrisky is facing now, if he repents, he will enjoy the world.”
