The controversy surrounding crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, and the EFCC has been trending. However, netizens and some celebrities have pointed out the leaked conversation which has implicated Bobrisky.

Recall that self-acclaimed activist VeryDarkMan released a recorded audio conversation between Bobrisky and a friend, in which Bobrisky revealed how the sum of 15 million Naira was paid to the EFCC officials to remove the money laundering charges against him. The leaked Audi also saw Bobrisky divulge how he never spent a day in prison but instead stayed in an apartment close to the prison under the influence of his godfather and the controller general of prison in Abuja.

Reacting to the leaked conversation, Deborah Nosa Okunzuwa, the wife of Nollywood actor Nosa Rex, bemoaned how bad it is to record a conversation with one's friend without the person's knowledge.

She described the act as "evil" and a lack of sincerity in relationships. She noted how it has always been tough to confide in anybody for fear of being exposed.

She wrote on Instagram:
"But why should you record a phone call between you and your friend? Why?? What is really the matter?? If you are in this category, STOP IT!! It’s EVIL.

Is it now bad to confide in a friend? What happened to keeping secrets?

We can’t type sh*t no more on messaging, now phone call Una dey record!! Nawa!!

Abi we go dey use sign language from now??
