The Nollywood industry has been in sorrow again after the loss of another veteran actor, Ganiyu Oyeyemi, best known as Ogunjimi. The death of the veteran actor adds to the increasing list of members of the industry that have lost their lives to death since the beginning of the year.

The death of the veteran actor was disclosed by actor, Kunle Afod through an Instagram post. He revealed that they made efforts to avert the actor's death, but all to no avail.

Kunle Afod wrote;
“We tried our best but God loves you more. May his soul rest in peace, Baba Ogunjinmi. RIP. Sun re oooo.”
