The issue of popular Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, best known as Wizkid has been trending for the past few days.

It started on the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter where Wizkid disregarded Afrobeats and claimed that his new album was not about Afrobeats and his fans should not be disappointed.

It could also be recalled that Burna Boy also shades Afrobeats in the past which got him on the bad side of many fans.

However, an X User with the handle Khan appears not to enjoy the two singer's comments as regards Afrobeats and he has taken it upon himself to air his views.

The X user said; “Wizkid and Burna talking down on Afrobeat can never make sense to me. Funny how both of them claim to be following Fela’s legacy. “
