Recently, news spread like wide fire that a Chief Magistrate court in Osun State presided over by Olusola Aluko has issued a warrant of arrest against a first class traditional ruler in the state, the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi.

The Magistrate had at the last sitting threatened to issue a bench warrant of against the traditional ruler if he failed to appear before him in compliance with the order of the court he had earlier issued on November 25.

The warrant was issued in a case filed against Oba Akanbi by the Oluwo of Iwo-Oke, Oba Kadiri Adeoye.

According to the allegations, Oba Adeoye had approached the Magistrate Court accusing the Oluwo of Iwo of concealing some facts about his past to the state government when he was installed as a first class monarch about a year ago.

But rather than allow the case affect him, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, was on Wednesday seen having fun with his people as he described the magistrate as a Monkey and mentally retarded that needs urgent medical attention.

In his words, “The monkey magistrate that issued an arrest warrant is mentally retarded and needs to be probed, remanded and dumped at Aro Psychiatric Hospital Abeokuta. An order that can’t be implemented. Let all the cohorts and conspirators know that I will never join anything in worship with God and will never be in your secret cults. Bastards”

After making describing the magistrate in such manner in his social media post where he was seen dance in the street, he immediately took down the post.
