Bruno Mars Announces First album In Four Years
Bruno Mars has announced the release date for his new single title, ’24K Magic’.
Writing on Instagram, the singer told fans: “You can call it my first single, but I call it the invitation to the party.” Mars’ label confirmed that the track’s title is pronounced “24 karat magic” and will drop on Friday, October 7.
Mars also teased fans on Twitter about a new album, which he said is “done”.
Little is known about Mars’ new album, but Skrillex confirmed last month (September) that he has been working on new material with the singer-songwriter. “I’m not going to give specifics of what it sounds like, but what we’re doing is so f**king different, awesome and next level and sounds like nothing else that’s happened before,” he told Billboard.
The album will be his third following 2010’s ‘Doo-Wops & Hooligans’ and 2012’s ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’.
