Nollywood actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot who is the Lawmaker representing Surulere 1 constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Desmond Eliot, has told the people of his constituency that he is not Power Holding Company to fix and provide electricity for them.

He said this while replying to some of the constituents demanding the fulfillment of his campaign promises by helping with the electricity situation in the area.
