Ghanaian Movie Industry Thrown to Mourning as They Lose a Veteran Actor
The Ghanaian movie industry was recently thrown into mourning as they lost a veteran, Solomon Sampah, who is one of those that has made the Ghanaian movie industry what it is today.
Mr Sampah succumbed to an illness on Friday, January 22, 2016, at the age of 70, after he was rushed to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Solomon is well known for the popular Original Hacks commercial and has starred in several movies including 'Foul Play', 'Queen's Bride', 'Owuo Safoa', and 'Ultimate Paradise' television series.
His body has been deposited at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital Mortuary.
Condolence messages have continued to come in from friends and colleagues from the industry. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, amen.
