Will it be proper if one says the organizers of the Headies sometimes should be held responsible for any form of misunderstanding that might transpire either before or after the event due to their inability to get their priorities right if an allegation leveled against them by Davido is anything to go by.

Davido, who was recently in Gambia on the night of the Headies Award, was questioned by a fan on why he did not attend and he explained where he was which prompted not being able to attend.

The singer did not stop at that as he further disclosed that the three awards he won in the 2014 edition were yet to be given to him.

On why he did not attend the Headies, Davido replied, “In Gambia bro but even the 3 I win last year never even land my house.”

Due to stress, the singer was recently in the hospital and is due to hit the studio for a remix of the song 'Osinachi' by Humble Smith.

"The Lord is my strength. About to be discharged from the hospital From here to the studio about to kill this 'osinachi' remix!" he said.
