According to reports making the rounds, an actor named Charles 'Igwe 2pac' Okocha had a close shave with death after he was hit by a stray bullet at a wedding ceremony held in Nnewi, Anambra State.

It was said that Okocha almost gave up the ghost in the incident but for the prompt intervention of sympathizers, who came to his rescue.

The ugly incident reportedly occurred yesterday and was first disclosed by controversial actress, Cossy Orjiakor who was said to be present at the event, though she didn't give details. It was later confirmed by Kelly Handsome.

Okocha was allegedly hit by a bullet shot by a mobile police officers at a traditional wedding ceremony.

The actor, who is a single father, is said to be responding to treatment at a hospital in Nnewi.

Recall that earlier in 2015, an actor Clems Onyeka was shot and killed by a stray bullet during a crossfire between the police and armed robbers in Asaba.
