Ali Baba Hammers Aregbesola Over Workers’ Salaries
The inability of the governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola to pay workers on the payroll of the state government has angered veteran comedian, Ali Baba.
The humour merchant, whose real name is Atunyota Alleluya Akporobomerere, said he is not happy that the governor is still being able to main his private jet while owing salaries of workers in the state.
Ali Baba threw a jab at the governor on his social media platform, accusing him of spending billions yearly in the maintenance of his Gulf-stream private.
He asked, "isn't it amazing how a state government does not have money to pay salaries, has enough to enable the state own private jet and maintain same with N5 billion a year."
