Jedi set for another unique outing
Jedi, the self - styled Well – Fed - Comedian of the Federal Republic, is set to host colleagues, pals and the general public to the sixth edition of his motivational seminar, tagged: I'm Unique. The theme of the event, which is also the ribs cracker turned musician, last series for the year, is: Arise O' Compatriots.
According to Jedi, who was roundly applauded for hosting the recently held Green and White Groove, on Nigeria's Independence Day, the seminar holds this Friday, October 24, 2008, at the Cinema Hall One, National Theatre at 10 a.m
“This seminar, among other objectives, seeks to prepare the mind of youths on how to achieve their dreams by using their God given talents in positive ways for genuine endeavours.”
Aside the several motivational speakers lined up for the day, some notable musicians and comedian are also coming to further spice up the morning.
Artistes, others ignite Goethe-Institut
Good music, cultural displays, dancing and performances would take centre stage this Sunday afternoon at Goethe-Institut, Victoria Island, in a manifold event tagged: Culture, Welcome and Farewell.
