Desmond Elliot Receives INEC Certificate Of Return (Photos)
Ace Nollywood actor-cum-director, Desmond Elliot, who was recently elected into the Lagos State House of Assembly to represent Surulere Constiency 01, has been presented his certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The actor received his certificate as required by the law on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Lagos.
He got the certificate along with other elected lawmakers into the House to represent their various constituencies.
