Nollywood Gets Presidential Visit As Elections Draw Nearer
In 20 days time, Nigeria's electorate will be deciding the candidate most preferred for the various offices up for contest at the Presidential and Governorship levels of governance.
Saturday evening, President Goodluck Jonathan visited with select members of the Nigerian entertainment industry in Lagos that range through music, comedy and movie acts in a possible bid to boost his re-election bid.
The select members include Monalisa Chinda, Omawunmi, Bovi, Felix Duker, Omoni Oboli, Mike Ezuruonye, Ramsey Noah, Patience Ozokwor, Omobaba.
The President's spokeman, Ruben Abati shared the pictures with the caption:
"President Jonathan meeting with Nollywood stars in Lagos this evening. #Nollywood for Jonathan."
