Lagos Has Taught Me How To Be Patient Like They Say, ‘Surulere'..... Former BBA Housemate, Bonny Bassey
Sierra Leonian born actor, model and entertainer, Michael Bonny Bassey, who was the clown of the house at the last Big Brother Africa (BBA) show, has hipped praises on the Nigerian entertainment industry for its tremendous growth.
Bonney said that he had to move down to Nigeria because he needed to boost his acting career.
“The Nigerian entertainment industry is better than that of my country and so, I am here basically to promote my acting career.”
The actor added that he has begun to adapt to the Lagos way of life and has begun understanding some Yoruba slangs which he loves.
“Lagos has taught me how to be patient like they say, 'Surulere.' I know words like ooosshe! I've learnt 'Pele,' ki lo n sele and some others.”
