Controversial actress Tonto Dikeh has changed her look again. She appears to have dumped the long blonde hair to dreadlocks, thou the hair is still at the early stage. Aside her hair, she stepped out in a yellow gown, with an open back that revealed her wide tattoo, during the premiere of Rukky Sanda's Keeping My Man on Wednesday September 25, 2013.
