Fire Disaster Won't Affect AfricaMagic Awards--M-Net
The management of M-Net has revealed that the fire disaster that raged its studio facilities over the weekend in Lagos will not affect the most anticipated awards show, AfricaMagic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) holding this weekend.
The event is billed to hold on March 9 in Lagos and to be beamed live to audiences across the African continent.
Part of the statement released by M-Net over the fire incident reads, "the fire will not affect its plans for next weekend when it hosts its inaugural AfricaMagic Viewers' Choice Awards, in association with MultiChoice, which is to be screened live from Lagos to over 50 countries on the African continent."
