‎I Started From The Choir - Ruger Opens Up On Music Background 

‎Popular Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, better known as Ruger, has opened up on his musical journey.

‎According to the 'Bounce' crooner, only people who have witnessed his live performance have had the opportunity to witness his exceptional vocals. He noted that he doesn't express his voice in his music.

‎Speaking about his music background, he revealed that he started out in the choir before moving further.

‎Ruger made this known during a recent interview with Apple Music programme Africa Now. Ruger said:

‎"Only people who have experienced me perform live have had the opportunity to enjoy my vocals. Even in my music, I don’t necessarily show it off.

‎
‎“My favourite time being Ruger is when I’m performing on stage because I get to do whatever I like with my songs. I started from the choir. I know how to sing, especially when it is a song that resonates deeply with me.”
