Ghanaian Artistes Storm Nigeria
Top Ghanaian artistes are expected in Nigeria this weekend for an intro party ahead the maiden edition of the Nigeria-Ghana Music Awards slated for March 2007. The artistes comprising K.K. Fosu, Mezbell, Batman, Tic-Tac and Bollie of the You may kiss your bride fame, among others, are to meet with their Nigerian counterparts and organisers of the awards, which will be partly sponsored by MCTV and Page Nite Club, Opebi.
Being a new initiative targeted at promoting unity among the two African nations, the maiden edition of the music awards is slated to coincide with the 50th independence anniversary of Ghana in March, 2007, while its second edition will hold in Nigeria.
