Naira Float: Dangote Slides Out As A S.African Takes No1 Richest
Aliko Dangote, the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of Dangote company is grossly affected by the recent naira float from Central Bank of Nigeria. This consequently made him drop for S. African Johann Rupert to climb the top in the forbes list of the African Richest.
Johann Peter Rupert is a South African billionaire businessman, who is the eldest son of business tycoon Anton Rupert and his wife Huberte. He is the chairman of the Swiss-based luxury-goods company Richemont and the South Africa-based company Remgro
According to the information gathered by Instablog, Nigerian billionaire and businessman Aliko Dangote is no longer the richest man in Africa, according to Forbes Magazine.
The calculation of the wealth of the businessmen who are listed among the 500 richest men in the world has shown the latest index.
The index revealed that Dangote chairman and chief executive officer(CEO) of Dangote group, lost about $3.12billion in the latest update.
