By Agboola Ibrahim

Today marks the end of the first-ever edition of the Big Brother Titans reality show. The show featured only Nigerian and South African contestants, deviating from the typical format of featuring participants from different African countries. The winner of the show will receive a whopping $100,000 in prize money, and many viewers are eagerly anticipating the outcome.

Unsurprisingly, Nigerian viewers are particularly investing in the Nigerian contestants, who are vying for the grand prize. Ebubu, an actor and model from Anambra State, is one of the last Nigerian men standing. He is reportedly the first albino to make it to this stage of the competition, and this unique aspect of his identity may give him an advantage.

Kanaga, an actor and model from Abia State, is another Nigerian finalist. During his time in the house, he formed a relationship with South African contestant Tsatsii, which was a highlight of his stay.

The last Nigerian finalist is Yvonne, a 28-year-old model and content creator from Akwa Ibom State. She has proven to be a strong contender and is determined to emerge as the winner.

The South African contestants in the finale are equally impressive. Ipeleng, a law student originally from the North West but residing in the Guateng province, is one of the finalists. Khosi, a journalist from KwaZulu-Natal but currently living in Johannesburg, is also in the running for the grand prize.

As the grand finale approaches, the anticipation among viewers is palpable. It remains to be seen who will be the last man or woman standing at the end of the night. Regardless of the outcome, this season of Big Brother Titans have been a huge success and has captured the hearts and minds of viewers across the continent.
