NBC Bans Songs That Pastors Already Know…Alibaba Fumes
Legendary comedian, Alibaba, is not happy with the decisions of the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC), on banning of some songs which has been in circulation for a long time especially Olamide's song, 'Sahkiti Bobo.'
The comedian wondered why it took the commission so long to be able to identify an alleged fault in a song which many are well familiar with.
He said it is a shame that the said song that is being banned is very popular among pastors that the dance steps are being emulated in the House of God.
“I just heard that some songs were banned from airplay. Wait o, if it took NBC how many months to know the contents of a song were not fit for public consumption, then we should worry. Songs that I have heard Pastors singing sef. People even shakiti in church during praise and worship,” he posited.
