Ibinabo Calls For Unity In Nollywood
President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Ibinabo Fiberesima, has called on all sectors of the motion picture industry to brace up and try to uplift the industry.
According to her, the various guilds are not there as political parties, but to help guide one another to ensure an efficient growth in the industry rather than attacking one another.
Ibinabo made this call during the City People Entertainment awards ceremony held recently in Lagos, where she was honoured in recognition for her huge service to the growth of the industry and its practitioners.
The delighted AGN boss hailed organisers of the event stating that her award was a proof of hard work which has actually paid off for her.
She used the medium to appreciate President Jonathan for his constant assistance to the AGN and called on private and public sectors of the industries to try and invest in the growth of the make-belief world.
