Former Square Records boy, Akinmayokun Awodumila, otherwise known as May D has welcomed his first child from his girlfriend, Debola.

The child was given birth to today in a Lagos hospital. May D tweeted to announce this afternoon, "I just had a sure baby boi." Debola was the lady pictured last year that tattooed the singer's name on her body.

The birth of May D's son is coming barely three days after one of his former bosses, Peter Okoye, welcomed his second child from his babymama, Lola Omotayo.

May D's fans have started pouring out congratulatory messages to him.
