Yoruba Actor, Golugo In Street Fight With Vigilante Boys In Ibadan --How Fathia Balogun Put Him Into Trouble
The near scandal free life popular Yoruba comic actor, Adekola Tijani otherwise known as Golugo has maintained for some time now may have now been dented as gist exclusively reaching Nollywoodgists.com from a bird in the know indicates so.
The actor had gone to Ibadan, Oyo State for the burial of a popular colleague in the Yoruba motion pictures, Muyiwa Ademola's father held in August 2012, but Golugo got one the worst treatments he may never have envisaged.
According to eyewitnesses accounts calmly divulged to Nollywoodgists.com, the street fight involving Golugo and an unknown vigilante members happened at about 2am on Friday, August 21, 2012 at Opeyemi Street, Mosfala Olaoye, Muslim, Ibadan, Oyo State.
On that fateful Friday night, Muyiwa gathered his friends in the industry for an 'artistes' nite' party preceding the main burial on Saturday.
As we were told, trouble started when actress, Fathia Balogun got a slap from one of the vigilante guys for daring to challenge their authority in their territory. Nollywoodgists.com learnt that Fathia had left the party venue to pick some of her guests who were detained at the entrance of the street. On her way, she was accosted by the vigilante guys who challenged her.
While trying to have a word with them about her personality in the Yoruba movie world as the popular Fathia Balogun, she got a slap on her face which made her return to her 'partying' colleagues to report her ordeal with the vigilante guys to them (her colleagues).
This was how Golugo and some of his colleagues got themselves with the vigilante boys in a free for all fight. Our source informed us that Golugo got badly beaten by the boys along with the others.
