Mode 9 leaves Questionmarks!
RAPPER Mode 9 seems to be through with embattled Kevin Luciano's Questionmark Records as he may have joined the growing list of acts that have severed ties with the label.
The award-winning rapper reportedly told friends recently that he's not renewing his contract with the label, and that he has floated his own outfit called Red Eye Records. Mode 9, who's currently working on a new album, was the label's main priority act, following the departure of talents like Asa, Streetmonks, and Cobhams.
He joined Questionmark in 2005, and there were speculations last year that he was leaving the label that helped resuscitate his career, but he denied vehemently and it later emerged the rumours were false. But now, there is no more 'question mark' over his relationship with the labe
